We are a one-stop M&E contractor, so you will price across six disciplines rather than specialising in one.
What you'll do
- Prepare tender pricing for electrical, ELV, fire protection, plumbing and ACMV scopes
- Manage variation orders and progress claims
- Track committed versus budgeted cost per project
What we need
- Degree or diploma in quantity surveying
- Three years or more pricing M&E works
- Confident with BQ takeoff from services drawings
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CIDB grading requirements
